Staff is very nice and efficient. Dr Sraow is very knowledgeable and provides excellent care.
Dr Sraow is extraordinarily compassionate, engaged and practical. I've never felt more seen as he works to help me stay mobile and as pain-free as possible. His is not one of those production-line practices. I almost hate to share my best healthcare secret, but he deserves the accolades. His staff is remarkable - shout out to his medical assistant Andrea who is kind and thoughtful.
Short wait time. Office needs to call SimonNed since MRI ordered cannot be performed by SimonMed.
Doctor was extremely knowledgeable but didn't really explain what the injections would do/where they would go/how many will I get to dind some temp/long term relief. Also didnt explain what medication was going to be injected. Will be going back once insurance approved procedure and hopefully these issues get resolved. Im pretty sure he was just busy.....
