RecommendedDr. Mark Walmer is a wonderful primary care physician. He is engaged in your care and you as a patient from the moment he walks in the room. He is a good listener and is very informative when discussing my healthcare concerns. Staff was polite and professional! And I’m thankful to have a very experienced and intelligent doctor as my PCP!
Worst experience I’ve had recently with a Dr’s office. Front office personalities are cold, billing manager is not a nice person. After my third visit i won’t be back. Don’t need to be treated like a criminal over a $50 copay mistake by their office staff two months ago. Could have done with out the attitudes at 750am in he morning as well. They let me wait for the Dr for 30 minutes after all was said and done with my 2 year old in a small room. I strongly recommend you look elsewhere. FIRST Dr. Arce is AMAZING! HOWEVER! A staff member (Not a Dr.) Decided to tell me that the medication I was being prescribed was to much. She stated this 3 times to my Dr.s Assistant when I explained to her that my prescription had been written wrong (My prescription had been the same for the last year). She did this out in the middle of the office with tons of patient rooms surrounding us. NO privacy what so ever. Dr Walker is the best doctor I've ever had. He's been my doc. for 20 years.
I believe I chose a good doctor he was funny and easy to get along with I have not seen a doctor in over 32yrs. Dr. Rodriguez seems to be a good man!
