I have been coming here since it was the Clinic of Physicians & Surgeons but I really like Dr Konuru. She is very thorough and when I need a referral is is complete sometimes before I even leave the office. Now I can even text them with questions...
40th St: Dysfunction practice with inept staff. No communication, lackadaisical attitude to patient care and health. I’m left with the feeling they are only concerned with taking money. If you have a serious, chronic or life threatening illness then please consider other health care providers. This practice does not take you or your health seriously. Just went there this morning and the lady at the front desk didn't wanna help me
Worst practice ever. The quality of care is piss poor. The lack of communication between staff is incredible. Had one of the Medical assistants lie about sending in a pre authorization for a prescription on Monday. Thursday I called them back and found out it was never done. The supervisor had to submit. It was approved in less than 15 hrs. This MA denied my wife medication for almost a week!
I have always been treated with respect.very clear and precise instructions on what to do.and if they don't know what it is they have no problem referring you out.what more could you ask of a doctor's office.
I waited 35min only to find out that I'm not seeing my doctor! the scheduler, scheduled me to see a random Lpn, not my doc who I requested
I've been here since 1::50 and nobody can give e a straight answer.
