Loved this place. First East Valley Medical that I've been to where I felt like I was being genuinely cared for. Felt safe in the lobby with little to no people around, was taken back quickly, MA's where nice. Dr. Kent spent a good amount of time going over preventative care with me and explained things thoroughly.

The support staff SUCK. Can't send a proper payment receipt in the mail (they forgot to order receipt apart), can't press enter to send an Rx refill (the refill was 2 weeks delayed. I had to walk into the office for them to press come.) No, you can't just walk-in and be seen. The lack of professionalism is deadly. Not properly spelling/charting meds by the MAs is deadly.
Drove 13 miles for my moms appointment only to be told there not seeing patients smh what ever happened to calling to let patients know before they get there ...And what happened to Dr fosdick ? No letter no notice just gone ...been my family's doctor for over 30 yrs just kinda surprising he would leave without letting his long time patients know of the change
