No one in the organization knows how to help. I spent an hour calling around the directory just trying to figure out which person manages finances and ended up at a dead end. Not very professional

I share the same experience as all the other reviews. I was taken here and after about 15 days of my visit they just send you bill after bill after bill for services I feel like they didn't even do. Then on top of that I get a separate bill for $1000+ for "the physician and staff" even though I already paid the emergency room bill. Complete ripoff. Avoid this place unless you wanna be overcharged

Not a good hospital and will repeatedly try and bill you for more than your insurance says you owe. After doing nothing for me and telling me I needed to go to a bigger ER for care (i.e. a real ER) they tried to charge me $1300 when my insurance claim said I only owed about $260. After 4 months of telling them to fix it they finally sent me some unofficial printout statement with no return envelope saying I owed $266 within 25 days. Avoid this place like the plague!

本自已去whittiet hospital看脚部外伤，医院工作人员说急诊很便宜！脚部缝两针医院账单付完了！收到这个医生账单，emergency physician se $771.surgical repair wound$458.night service$80。等了五六个小时！缝合费包括医生费啊！乱收费！还不给打折！
