This place sucks. The women handling walk-ins make you wait in line and go up to the window just to tell you they aren't seeing patients anymore. They waste your time—and this is supposed to be "express care." Believe me, if you're going to pay for a consultation, you're better off not coming here; you'll die if you actually have a medical emergency. The women working there just spend their time chatting.
“I tried to make an appointment because I am dealing with pain and am concerned about my medical situation. Unfortunately, Caroline I spoke with was unhelpful and came across as disrespectful. I felt like my concerns were brushed off rather than taken seriously. The experience was frustrating and felt like a waste of time, especially when I was seeking medical help and reassurance. I hope the office improves its customer service and treats patients with more compassion and professionalism.”
