Dr. Cortinas was compassionate and willing to do whatever she could for my sick kitty back in November. We tried what we could within my budget, but sadly his health declined rapidly before I could raise enough money to run additional tests to figure out what was wrong. It became clear that the compassionate and humane choice was to euthanize and she and her staff were there for me and gave me as much time as I needed to hold him and grieve. Everyone was friendly and professional. The young lady in front suggested getting the Bordetella shot now, instead of next month and it would not cost me additional money. So I did, I was not aware that my dog was due anothor shot next month. I was thankful.

I love everyone at East Valley Animal Hospital because they love my pets. They always treat my animals with loving care. One of the doctors is even working on surveying customers for ideas on how to make vet visits less stressful (and giving ideas as well). When it was time for my 15 year old Pekingese to pass on, they not only handled my dog with great care and respect, they treated me too, providing as much comfort as possible.

Excellent staff and care. I've been with Dr. Mafara and Dr Connolly for 8 years now and they are attentive caring providers. I couldn't ask for a better veterinarian staff. Angela handles the front of a house and she's excellent along with Rachel and her team in the back. I'm very happy to be part of this family.

It's unfortunate that you feel this way. We did send information on what you could give at home but we understood you had wanted treatment at the time which is why you brought her in. You couldn't be more wrong about the kind of staff we have at EVAH but I can understand being frustrated that your fur baby isn't doing well.
