East valley has been with us through several moves, several surgeries and emergencies. They have treated us with such care and understanding. They highlight my fur babies birthdays and are always there for us when we need them. They give great recommendations and also keep us on track with vaccinations, flea and tick prevention, and heartwarm prevention. We have six dogs, two cats and a hamster. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I've used many vets in the past; but, East Valley has been, by far, my favorite!
We experienced a medical emergency where our Doberman went into sudden cardiac arrest & his heart stopped. We rushed him to East Valley at which the wonderful doctors and staff were able to resuscitate him. They spent hours trying to get him stabilized enough so we could transport him to the U of M. Thoughtful, kind staff who are willing to help you through a variety of treatment options for all budgets. We always get right into a room with very little wait time, and the vets are amazing to work with. They have helped us through two very loved pets crossing the rainbow bridge, and I'm very grateful for their support and work.
The Vets and the Techs are GREAT!! They care about you and your pets and do what is BEST for your animal. They listen and they care. Love this place and have been coming here for over 20 years.
Love how they actually care to follow up with phone calls and check on your pet after a visit. Very thorough. Very friendly and genuine people there.
