To PA Heidi Parker or who it may concern. March last year had my first appointment with you, i sure was in trouble and skeptical that i could be the same person or perhaps get better. You tried test after test until we found out what it's and been on treatment since then, from 60 to 2 units away to meet my goal. I wouldn't recommend this office if your life depended on it. The PA Heidi Parker is as sweet as they come. The Doc knows his stuff for sure,, however it is with strong recommendation I advise they should look to get new staff. The MA Morgan laughed at very genuine request, & exceedingly RUDE. Canceled my appointment and moved it way later because a screw up from the referring hospital. Not very accommodating for ANY reason. I recently just moved here from NC and I am in urgent need of finding a mental health as well as regular physician. Even though I do not have insurance at the current moment. So when I called just now and asked about these urgent needs and of course, my luck, they aren't able to help in any of my needs. So I ask Stacy (who answered the doctor's office phone) if they're were any resources she could help me with in any way, considering I am very new to the entire state!!?!
