Between contact attempts of last week and today (June 20 - 24 2024), I'm fed up. I finally decided to write a review. I've reluctantly used this facility since August 2023. Here are my complaints: I'm often put on hold without a word from the staff person who answers: They pick up the phone and drop it right back down to start the "on-hold" music. Then I may be on hold for 10 minutes or more. If staff actually answers - "May I put you on a brief hold?" - they may not return for 6 minutes. Staff lack skills passing messages t... read more

Front office is very rude and crude!
Dr. Ram and Crew are always there for you. I've always had a good experience and the front end office staff really care.
