Mohammed Ghafori was very helpful and provided great and timely updates. I have had many bad experiences previously with other collision centers however Mohammed was great very helpful.

I had a minor scratch on the front bumper of my Toyota RAV4 after a tight parking mishap. I took the vehicle to Scarborough Toyota, where I originally purchased it, and met with Shazir Karim, Senior Collision Repair Specialist. Shazir was highly professional and courteous. He thoroughly inspected the damage and reassured me that the scratches could likely be polished out without the need for repainting. After a minor accident, I drove to Scarborough Toyota Body Shop expecting, you know… service from the people that actually made the car. Instead, I interrupted the receptionist’s coffee chat and got offered a verbal estimate — like I’m supposed to pass that along to insurance with a wink. When I asked for something in writing, I was told I’d need to come back in FIVE days for that.
