The receptionist had the most disappointing attitude I have ever received at a medical clinic. My referral was sent over 7 months ago, not a single one of my calls were answered nor did I receive an appointment and she did not even have the compassion to find a solution for me or apologize when I walked into the clinic to look for a way to reach them. Dr. Kiran Madala is very professional and explains everything clearly. He made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The receptionist is amazing, cheerful, and welcoming. I truly appreciate the care and kindness from both of them.
I was treated by Dr. Kiran Madela last week. He performed an ERCP on me. The way he explained me and my uncle the procedure made our anxiety and fear to rest. We had so many questions to ask, he replied to all of them without getting annoyed. I got a call for a follow up visit right after 2 days of the procedure. I cant thank him enough for his kindness.
very terrible experience with this clinic, first of all, you have to call 10 times in a different day until someone will pick up the phone, secondly, the appointments always get delay for hours, I have an appointment in the morning, until now, I still haven't received the phone call from the doctor, it's 5:30 in the afternoon, I am not sure what to do now.
