Booked an appointment to see dr jouahZ appointment was at 1215 didn't see anyone till 1pm and it was a different Dr. Was then told the Dr we requested isn't taking new patients..... After having the appointment booked and confirmed via the phone a week ago. Staff also were rude, never again.
Crazy slow
Urgently needed a medication prescribed to me as no GP on the Sunshine Coast would do it for me as I've only lived here 2 years and could never find a caring and good GP, and also due to not having a driver's licence did not help as the Sunshine Coast is extremely car dependant. Was advised I could not be prescribed my essential medication because apparently it's been over a year since I have visited the clinic...my medicare claims history clearly states it hadn't been a year... Have been my medical practitioner for years, 10+ won't change practices as all doctors Dr Pungu, Dr Richard Jushz and Dr Shirley Chapman. Three fantastic doctors and a shout out to their receptionists Pam, Holly and Stacey and to the nurses as well.
