The staff is horrible, rude, uncaring,and snobbish. I dread going in and having to interact with these horrible women. Does the doctors only hire B's or do they get special training?

Excellent care from excellent people!
They scheduled me for surgery before it was approved and I lost my $325.00 co-pay due to their incompetence. When I went to the office, a woman behind the counter, presumably in charge because she stood while the other staff sat, had stinking people skills and treated me like I was a moron. I'll never go back there.
