The service is absolutely awesome. Took all the pressure off of us and took acre of everything.
We were going to purchase a plug and play online or at Sams for a great price, but we dreaded moving it to our yard(they deliver to curbside) and setting it up ourselves but mostly dreaded not knowing anyone locally to maintain the tub. Albert was here on time and repaired our tub in a short time. He is very efficient and very congenial.
Had a thermostat go out. The service man replaced it and told me it was under warranty. Hot tub running great . Thanks East Texas hot tub.
