The installers Trevor and Christian was professional and installed the A/C unit in a timely manner. I have used ETR for years in commercial use and was very satisfied.
Being new to East Texas, we were extremely fortunate to have found such a fantastic heating/air conditioning company to take care of home. They're knowledgeable, personable,punctual,affordable, and very upfront with every aspect of their services and/or repairs. Royce did a regular maintenance checkup on our system and is a great technician. He 100% understands the ins and outs of the system and clearly explained what he was going to do before starting. He also gave a thorough debrief once he'd completed his work. Extremely happy with the service and hoppy to have chosen ETR!

Called and within the hour had my problem repaired. . Joseph B. Was my tech and he was very friendly and quick to fix my outside a/c unit. Had them out last year for a different a/c problem and had the same results. They are fast to respond and very reasonably priced.
The entire ETR team was a pleasure to work with, from diagnostics of my old unit to installation of new. Salvador and Jesus did an amazing job installing my new unit & showing me how to use the new Sensi thermostat, and then cleaning up inside and out and also hauling away old equipment. Weâ re very pleased with ETR.
ETR is the company you want for any A/C installation/ repair. I've had lots of quotes and recommendations from many similar companies. But ETR not only explains why they recommend something but also why not to do something. I would hands down recommend this company to anyone seriously considering installing an AC/ Heating system.
