I just recently started going here, and I have never felt more seen and heard before. Antonio is amazing and makes me feel incredibly comfortable when talking about my mental health. I was hesitant to see a psychiatrist at first. But my sister has been here as well and after she told me how good East Texas psychiatry and counseling was, I made the jump to go and I’m so grateful I did.
I have had the absolute best experience with East Texas Psychiatry and Counseling. I’ve received so much support and guidance in helping heal generational trauma. Antonio is a blessing, so real and honest and above all caring! This is home for counseling and care, you won’t regret making it yours too.

Antonio is amazing! He was kind, personable, and knowledgeable. He structured our session as a conversation instead of a purely clinical visit. Within 20 minutes, Antonio discovered that I was misdiagnosed by listening to me rather than relying on questionnaires. I appreciate the time and attention he spent on helping me on my mental health journey. 10/10 would recommend!!
