Love the Dr.'S and staff! They treat everyone like family!!! Wouldn't go anywhere else!
By far easiest dentist visit of my life. Went in with pain of wisdom teeth. Dr. Mack was professional, reassuring, gentle and helpful. I was in and out in and hour. All four wisdom teeth removed and healing time was super fast. His staff answered all of my questions, followed up with me the day of the surgery and a few days after and helped me feel better about the procedure and my recovery.
Dr. Mack and Lori took good care of me. I had a lot of work done and I was so scared and nervous they eased my nerves and gave me a Beautiful smile!! I can never thank you and Lori and your office enough!!! Thank you so much!!!
Best experience of my life. I am absolutely in awe of how great this place is . Dr. Mack and his staff are a class act. He took very good care of my husband And I . His work was very detailed and painless . You can truly see his heart is in his practice . We love him so much that we fly from all the way from Las Vegas to see him. Worst experience of my life. Had Joe surgery to correct midline and a slight cant! Totally went wrong direction on both. Cut out to much bone structure! Had TMJ after surgery and spoke to Dr Andy Mack about it and he yelled and said he doesn't make mistakes! Had to go to a Real doctor (Dr Ghali) in Shreveport to have corrective surgery! Could only get jaw back to original setting due to lack of bone structure, since Mack removed it! Process took over a year with a lot of pain and discomfort!
