Most rudest nurse ever there ! I will never be back there!!!!
I found this clinic to be very unprofessional, rude and have now been "banned" from their practice. I have had a bacteria in my bladder for over a year and my urologist wanted me to be seen by an ID physician, so they were able to see me . My first appointment they gave me instructions on how to do proper personal hygiene. Also how to correctly make sure my bladder was completely empty. This advice felt insulting to me , and I wrote my PCP on My Chart , asking for another recommendation for a new ID physician, she asked one ... read more
Francis is very rude, I would not recommend any family members to go to this clinic. She is not a people person. She acts as if patients are a bother to her . She’s just an employee that is there for a paycheck. Please take reviews seriously. Thanks
The front desk staff answering the phones is completely rude and unhelpful had a referral sent 4/20 keep calling them trying to get seen and they will do nothing to help figure out the issues with the referral. Lady’s names starts with a C and she is very rude and disrespectful
