Buyer beware. We were desperate and bought the first thing we could get after Hurricane Laura. If they're talking, they're lying. They say their end of the paperwork is done, but it's not until the finance company calls them directly to make them do it. Delivery didn't happen until the third delivery date because it rained, but it didn't and because "delivery drivers are slippery".
