Wonderful, dependable, honest, fair. Do not go to those "big box" plumbing organizations that pump their prices up with layers of overhead. Call East TN Plumbing Services. We just had them install a new tankless water heater and it may have been the best, fairest-priced plumbing work we've had in Knoxville 36 years....
Wonderful experience with this company! They came out within the week to fix a major line repair in my yard and were very communicative and upfront about all the costs and timeline. My yard only looked damaged for about a week or two before the grass they laid started growing back up! And my plumbing issues are fully resolved.
Had ETPS install a SpringWell water purification and softening system. Mike was very professional and got here when he said he'd be here. Got everything done before 4pm and cleaned up everything after he was done, including taking away all the boxes the system came in.
I was in process of getting second opinion from Mike at East Tennessee Plumbing Solutions. He came out and beat the first offer by 2 times less. Mike was courteous and knowledgeable and finished job in half a day.
