I bought a house where the sellers purchased services here. I have never used any service at this place other than a termite inspection. That hasn’t stopped them from sending me multiple bills and nasty letters demanding payment for pest control services. I mailed a letter to them disputing the charge and informing them I had never used their pest control services, only an inspection that was paid in full the day it was performed. Your employees are trespassing on my property! You don't offer free services and I don't allow your trucks to drive and park at my vacant property so your employees can fish! Your not doing the right thing when you abuse others property because no one is there....keep off my land! Thiefs are all the same. The employees know their not welcome! Fix it, they shouldn't be allowed to drive your trucks on me!
