Dr. Hoover is very kind and professional to his patients, and will go the extra mile to make sure that his patients get the care they need. Really went out of his way when I hurt my foot. Definitely would recommend!
Dr.Hoover is the most down to earth dr I've meet. He listen to what I'm saying and than we go from there. His also a great joker. lol The office people and his nurses are the best.

Dr Hoover is a fantastic Dr he did my rotator cuff surgery and I have to have the other shoulder repaired soon him his staff are very friendly and take the time to listen to their patients
