I was in a tremendous amount of pain waiting for root canal next week. Dr. Chad Gustafson and his office got me in today and I was able to have the procedure. Dr. Chad and his assistant, Holly, were excellent! They were a great team, very professional, informed me as they worked on what they were doing and I left there very happy. The front desk was extremely helpful with my insurance. I really appreciate the care and concern everyone at East Tennessee Endodontics on Gunbarrel gave me. I highly recommend!
Dr Chad Gustafson is amazing! The first time I went there he made me feel very comfortable. So, today when I seen him I felt so relaxed, so much I actually feel asleep in the dental chair. The staff is amazing as well.
I can’t thank the team at East Tennessee Endodontics enough. I was there shortly after my mom passed and was an emotional wreck—crying throughout the appointment. Every single person I encountered was incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate. They even offered to reschedule if I wasn’t up for it. It meant so much in a hard moment. They truly went above and beyond.
I had to get a root canal yesterday and was referred to Dr McCrary. I have had root canals before that were pretty horrible so I was apprehensive to say the least. Dr McCrary was very patient and kind. She listened to addressed all of my concerns and went above and beyond to make sure my tooth was numb before she started. She and her assistant were so sweet the whole time. Root canals are not the most fun, but Dr McCrary made the experience as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend.
Visited today and had a root canal at the Gun barrel rd location in Chattanooga TN. Was very pleased. I have natural dental Anxiety but also an extremely rare mishap during a routine dental procedure that makes me anxious at the dentist. I did elect for the gas but even before that I felt sure I was in good hands. From the jaw wedge to hold the jaw open to the fabric stretched across my mouth to protect my throat (best invention ever!) was the easiest dental procedure ever.
