I came in at 8:00 am for my appointment and was checked in and it was done sooner than expected.

Looking for a new truck. A good used truck just came in and was what I wanted. Bought it.

Within 20 min of limping in, I was driving out in a loaner till mine was fixed. The service rep was right on top of things at 5 pm on a Friday. You probably need to affix your Ford logo, not your Chrysler logo to the original message sent to me.
