Dr Russell is thorough and explains things in detail, so you understand your diagnosis and/or vision needs. I can’t say enough about how well he interacts with his staff, which keeps things flowing well. His staff is helpful and patient throughout the entire process, from vision screening to choosing your choice of eye care needs. Dr. Russell and his staff are excellent. They are always very courteous and helpful. I, myself have been a patient of his since before he opened East Tennessee Eye Care. Most of my family are also patients with him serving four generations in my family. I would recommend him very very highly to anyone. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Great work Dr. Russell.
Dr. Russell and the staff are wonderful! My oldest 2 children have been coming here for years and just recently brought my 5 yr old in for his first eye visit. Everyone was great with him and made it fun. He will be a happy boy next time I tell him he has an eye apt �.
I went in thinking I had a cataract and ended up needing emergency surgery for a detached retina. Dr Fleming and staff worked swiftly to get me into a retina surgeon and by 5pm I was out of surgery. I wish I could give them 10 stars! I love them!
