Excellent. Andy did a great job explaining everything and making sure I felt attended to. The estimated time was 90 minutes and it ended up taking 150 minutes but that is okay due to the fact that I didn't have an appointment.
Thomas has been an incredible salesman. He was curteous and effective without being pushy. He was working with me, and I am a stubborn, mouthy woman. I never spoke to me with anything but respect and kindness. My credit wasn't as high as I thought it was but Thomas didn't come out and make me feel bad about that. This has been the best experience I have had so far. Carmax is no longer an option for me.
