I called this morning in a panic. My old dog (15) wouldn’t drink water and was drooling all over. I thought the worst. They got me right in and took care of my old girl. There was no “we’ll try to fit you in”. They got me in within 2 hours and took care of us thoroughly and thoughtfully. I can’t thank East Springfield Veterinary enough.
I have been coming here for years and I love how well the staff care for our pets and making the right choices for our pets. We had just recently put our 12 year old golden down and it was a very difficult time and they were very helpful, supportive and empathetic. They even did a clay paw print for us and I absolutely loved it. We just recently got our new pup Luna and I am bringing her to this amazing place because of how amazing our vet is!! Definitely would recommend east Springfield veterinary hospital to anyone
Brought my dog in 7 minutes late for an urgent appointment cause he could barely get up from lying position, could barely walk, had to get someone to help me get him in the car (100+ lbs). They would not see him because we were 7 minutes late. Thank God for Ludlow animal clinic, saw him right away, lime disease!!. They were wonderful, treated him unbelievable, and he is on the way to recovery. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this place!!!!!! And super expensive!
This place is the best! Not only do they provide standard wellness exams for animals, but they are also flexible to provide care in instances of sudden illness as well. They are always able to assist with our issues, and offer as many options as possible for care plans. This is important if you have an animal with an ongoing medical issue and aren't made of money. Plus, my "kids" love the staff and I do too. �
Best vet around love the staff and the vets. Very reasonably priced very caring and loving place wouldn’t go anywhere else !!!!! The vet techs are great too
East Springfield Veterinary Hospital is the best around. They don’t come better than Dr Hersman. Thank you for all you compassion with Stella and not mention Thumbelina and what you also did for my dads dog Abner! Happy New Years to the best Vet around!�
