First used this service 2 years ago and had a great experience. Went back again last year and got the same great service. We are getting ready to head over later today to use the service again! Very knowledgeable about small engines! Explained what needed to be done, what was done, and why it was done. Competitive prices and Roger tells you up front what is needed. He doesn't push products. He repairs problems! Highly recommend East Side Repair to anyone in need of high quality service!
This business is VERY prompt, reliable and I have taken my mower there for years, I would never go anywhere else. Great service for reasonable price.
This business is unreliable, he is never there, never answers his phone and does not keep promices. He has had my part now for almost 3 months. I cannot catch him at work, nor does he have voice mail. Once when I caught him he said I never hear the phone when I am working. Then said he will be there from 11 - 1 on sat. I was there at 11:05 and waited until after 11:30 and he never showed up.
