This is 100% the most dishonest property management company. I did not get my security deposit back. i had a property on which the tenant grew marijuana in the basement and made major damages to my property and Eastside did not monitor my property at all. For my brother-in-law's property, the tenant paid the rental money every month but Eastside did not deposit the rental money for 5 months and they rarely answered to emails and never picked up calls, neither did they return the security deposit. This is the worst managing company. I paid my rent early every month for 2 years. When it's time to get the deposit back I can't get a hold of anyone. They never call back, don't reply to emails and the answering service is a joke. Zero stars

This company is extremelly dishonest They do not give you your rent or deposit paid by renters. They refuse to respond. They are thieves who steal your money. If I could give them a rating of 0 I would. He has not paid me for the past 7 months. I had to take him to court to recuperate the money he owes me.
