A server, McKenzie was most gracious and accommodating, quickly responding to a few Situations that emerge, with complete professionalism and customer first attentiveness. We only learned after the fact that she’s actually on duty manager tonight. Well done East side Mario’s! Will come back again the next time we’re driving through Barrie Ontario.
This evening my family and I went east side Mario before we left for a graduation event, we arrived with around an hour to eat and leave so we were in a bit of a rush. Our server was Kenzie who was absolutely fantastic! She had great recommendations, super kind and was considerate that we were in a rush. We were all done eating after 30mins of arriving. Would definitely recommend for food that tastes good and great service.
Zoe did an excellent job on June 5 and 6, when our big group attended. She made sure our drinks and food were quickly delivered, and that everyone was having a good time! Update: I believe our server was actually Kenzie. All staff were great though!
