I had the best experience with my first root canal! From the front office staff to the assistants and gentle doctor Joe, it was incredibly painless, comfortable and fast with great followup! I even watched a movie during the procedure!!! I highly recommend Dr. Katsarsky and East Side Dental!
Just wanted to update this and add some actual comments. After being a patient at eastside myself a few times, I knew exactly where to take my daughter when we found out she needed some teeth pulled. Eastside once again was absolutely amazing. All the staff is kind and helpful and you know that each of them truly cares for each patient. And again Dr. Konys did not fail with the personal follow up phone call to see how she was doing.
I've had both a wisdom tooth removal and a root canal performed at East Side, and both were extremely pleasant experiences with NO PAIN at all. The staff is wonderful and friendly, and both Dr. Konys and Dr. Katsarsky go to extra lengths to make sure that their patients aren't anxious when coming in for a procedure. They also schedule a consultation before any procedure so that you know exactly what they plan to do and what all of your options for treatment are. I have had Dr Konys do 3 extractions over the years ...He is the best and a class act !! Whole place is very professional and caring !
I have had more root canals in my life than I care to admit. The last 3 or 4 have been done at Eastside Dental, and all I can say they are a class act. From the receptionist to the dental assistants to Drs., everyone there is committed to making it as pleasant as possible. I also had an implant done, and two of my children had wisdom tooth extractions there. They go out of their way to make sure you understand everything they do.
