I went to East Side Clinical Lab at 300 Tollgate Rd in Warwick twice in two months. Each time I visited this lab I asked for the results to go not only to my physician but to me as well. Both times I did not receive my results and I had to call. This last time I believe my results did not even go to my physician. I just called to remedy this situation and their mailbox is full. So they don’t respond to their messages. If you go to this lab you will be disappointed in the service.
How is this people getting paid for not even picking up the phone I have to go there all I see is them laughing and taking to each other while the phone not being picked up up
Super unprofessional facility that doesn’t answer their phones when you try to call them ahead of time to see if you can get there 15 minutes before they close. They’ll just lock their door and tell you they’re closed and chuckle about closing early when you express urgency about needing a lab done on a very specific day for fertility testing.
I arrived at East Side Lab at about 1 in the afternoon. They closed the door and told me all their labs would be closed for the rest of the day for computer training. Who runs a business this way? I’d been fasting all day.
