Super unprofessional facility that doesn’t answer their phones when you try to call them ahead of time to see if you can get there 15 minutes before they close. They’ll just lock their door and tell you they’re closed and chuckle about closing early when you express urgency about needing a lab done on a very specific day for fertility testing.
I arrived at East Side Lab at about 1 in the afternoon. They closed the door and told me all their labs would be closed for the rest of the day for computer training. Who runs a business this way? I’d been fasting all day.
This is the worst lab I've ever been to, opens at 7:30...i get there at 7:50 a.m. im number 9 i can not believe all the people waiting still at this time, finally at 7:52 she calls the ticket number 1. The whole staff did not look happy at all no smiling no greeting the people absolutely disgusting like they did not want to be there. I will never ever go back.
