Refused to give me my medical records. This is an absolute first for me. Please consider another location if you want good medical care. Disappointing, lazy front desk staff. You should be able to communicate with office when it’s time sensitive or medical related. We sure pay enough. Get off your phone, turn off the radio and answer your actual patients calls. Would not recommend.
I’ve had a couple of appointments here and yes I really didn’t like how the appointment went. I use to see Dr. Unger which I thought was awesome but my ex well he was my husband at the time but he didn’t pay the bill that came in the mail so I had to switch doctors well Dr Skirk she doesn’t do anything for my neuropathy I have nerve damage and all this is in my medical records from Dr. Unger now I have appointment with Dr.Skirk here in a few days I hope she does a better job especially since her copay is much higher then Dr ... read more
Great doctor, great front office staff! Every time I leave a message they are quick to follow up with me! Very caring office!
Horrific experiences at this place. The front office staff is rude and will avoid helping in any way they can. Simple requests, such as passing a message along to the doctor or printing medical records are met with hostility or ignored completely. We requested medical records over 6 months ago and still never received them. They never answer the phone and their answering machine is completely ignored.
