They keep adding up for nonsense charges every time, they added trash sewer and water $140 a month and now they forcing people to pay $17.50 per month for insurance, it doesn’t make sense what these landlords doing to us, never rated apartments but this deserves low rating and if i can give you 0 i would have done .

It's impossible to reach the maintenance emergency line by following the prompts on the voicemail; the system is dysfunctional.
Amazing office staff, Maintiance replies to work orders quickly and they are always nice. I enjoy living at East River Plaza!
