With our power out we tried going here on Thursday 3/9 for dinner (we've been here many times before). We waited patiently as the hostess checked out 1...2...3...4 people - never once acknowledged us! How about a "we'll be right with you!!!" And, another employee stood at the counter doing something on her phone, commenting about being on her break. She could have said SOMETHING! So, when the 5th person came to check out and not a word was still said to us, we left! I know it was busy, but come on customer service!!! We glad... read more
We went this last Sunday with friends from our church. My husband ordered the Ham and Cheese omelet with homefries and toast. I ordered stuffed peppers with a salad that had huge tomato slices, was crisp and Delish with poppyseed dressing, an order of onion rings. It was all yummy.
The Server we had for a Large party was Excellent. He belongs in a Better establishment. My BLT was burnt and frankly the worse one I’ve ever had . Fries were good. Very clean place . Perhaps a New Cook is in order is all .
I used to love this place and stopped going because I was FORCED to pay for my meal before receiving it as well as made to pay a 20% tip with only 2 people dining. I was told they stopped doing this and started coming back. I went in tonight after a long night at school and work to find out they were doing this again. I’m done!! You can’t force people to do this. Poor business practice!
