RecommendedAs usual, the greatest purchase experience! Purchased 2 e-bikes and they are awesome. Eric, Scott, and others took the time to answer all our questions and educate us on e-bikes since they are a new genre of bike for us. I have purchased 10 bikes from East Ridge Bicycles since we first walked in their store in 1987. I won't go anywhere else. They have excellent service and never try to sell you something that doesn't match your needs.

East Ridge Bicycle was so helpful with my jogging stroller! It was a simple fix, but one I didn’t know how to do and he had it fixed in no time and taught me a few things about tires I didn’t know. Very helpful and I appreciate so much that they helped with something small, but it was a big thing to me!
The Knowledgeable staff helped me get my dream bike by listening to what I wanted. I purchased a USED bike from their show floor. It was in fantastic condition and tuned properly by their friendly team of certified bike mechanics. The NEXT day I donated my OLD bike to them.
