These guys are super nice and helpful. They didn't act upset at all when I showed up yesterday an hour and a half before closing with a last minute power meter problem. They spent an hour on my bike making sure I'd be good to go for my race this weekend.

Very professional and knowledgeable shop. My parents bought me my first real mountain bike from East Ridge in 1992 and 14 years later they are still doing great work in their store and shop.
