Took my bike in because there was an issue with the rear derailleur cable. Zach diagnosed the problem, replaced the cable and while he was at it, gave it an expert deluxe tuneup. It rides like a new bike. Thanks Zach and East Ridge Bikes!

They handled my warranty quickly and professionally, regardless that my purchase was from another shop. The guys got my replacement frame to me and broke down my original bike at minimal cost. I picked up on a Sunday, slammed out, but they had a full compliment of staff on-hand and got me out the door very quick. A class-act.
