This is the place to go!! The people are so nice, and welcoming. I had been having problems with my vehicle for a long time and could never figure out what exactly the problem was....a friend recommended East Ridge Auto Electric and said they could find the problem and fix it!! They were right, they were HONEST, which is very rare to find, extremely helpful and efficient and the work was done in a professional manner! If you need any work done on your vehicle take your business here, you wont regret it!!
East Ridge Auto Electric has alot to learn about customer service. After questioning there intentions after not properly fixing my vehicle, I was asked not to come back there. I was never rude or nasty. However they were and unreliable. My vehicle was not fixed correctly the first time and when I called to inform them of the same problem. I had a time to get them to come get my vehicle to be repaired. Also the prices quoted over the phone about certain services were not the same when those services were done.
