Nice place
If you want to be charged for damage or wear and tear from previous tenants or charged for another month and other amenities AFTER you move out. This is the place. They are cheap. These guys own the off campus apartments as well. They charged me after I moved out both. They are scammers. They only care about the money. Their foundation is cracking. They haven't had an inspection for several years
apartments are in a great location In a management company our friendly alliance property management whenever called with issues or put a work order and they fix them On a good time frame even on holiday weekend this is a great place to live Only I I don’t like about the apartment is minor is that they’re are on most of the apartments don’t have dryer or washer hook ups it’s in laundry room and not have one in each apartment but other than that everything’s great
