horrible management! ugly old apartments, management tries to fine you for everything. management has sent out texts saying we need to evacuate immediately due to gas leaks and the water is constantly shut off! I would never recommend living here, you pay too much for old apartments with mold and bugs and a terrible management company
Nice place
If you want to be charged for damage or wear and tear from previous tenants or charged for another month and other amenities AFTER you move out. This is the place. They are cheap. These guys own the off campus apartments as well. They charged me after I moved out both. They are scammers. They only care about the money. Their foundation is cracking. They haven't had an inspection for several years
