Deb the manager is great , really nice and welcoming. Always helping out when we have custodial issues.
The houses are nice and all of them are renovated. I live in a three bedroom apartment and it's great for my family. The only problems is that the environment is never clean. Under the breezes ways are always filthy, and kids often play music loud and make noise upstairs. This needs to be fixed. The neighborhood is very kid Friendly there is a field where they play football, cares don't go fast so kids ride bikes and scooters. Update: As an update to my standing review. My stars are based upon my interactions with the cooperate office. I teach and coach at the high school adjacent to the apartment complex. I cannot speak for the day to day experiences living here, but have many students and athletes who can. Just wanted to share that we have had some positive discussions with the cooperate office about future partnerships.
