Management is non responsive and useless. They change managers like kids do diapers. They want to charge people trash fees and the trash isn’t even picked up. Can call,email, leave voicemails and no response but god forbid something is timely on their end, you will know asap. Just a sorry ran establishment! Rooms are dusty as hell and outdated. Plenty of places that’s better bang for your buck! Why don’t you email and respond to your tenants, rather than respond to google reviews. Probably another reason this place is a joke... read more
They fire or lose every maintenance person they hire, they keep the pool closed especially this summer even though they cleaned it and refused to open it. They do not send out new leases to tenants who are waiting for it but have 0 problem putting a no lease fee which is on them to do, they keep saying the fees will be removed but do not remove them. Four stars. I tried to look at a three bedroom last September and the woman there told me she was old be there and I got there and no one was there. Really would love to see apartment and apply. Everyone I call no one answers.
If i could give negative stars i would apartment is absolutely horrible, they never have anyone in the office and when they hire someone they are totally incompetent.. maintenance is absolutely horrible cant fix nothing.. if u plan to still move here be prepared to be super uncomfortable.. please be aware and DO NOT MOVE HERE if u have children this is your warning oh and they have rodent problems as well so be prepared to be living with mice and rats if u have babies probably would not be best oh and they definitely gonna ... read more
