The entire staff have been top notch friendly and highly professional every time I have taken Little Girl to see them. Her first visit led to a 5 day stay with them as they helped her survive a horrible puppy illness that almost took her. We have been there a total of 3 times so far, and about to visit again for another round of puppy vaccinations. The first visit, Little Girl was so sick. Gotta brag about my vet Dr. Robert Knarr and his staff at East Ridge Animal hospital. My big dog Scooby does not really like men, he is alright with women but you never know how he reacts to strangers. I set up it today with Dr. Knarr (same as last year) and while Scooby is on the scales Dr. Knarr comes up and gives him shot. NO growling, no barking and Scooby even took treat from lady vet assistant. Thanks ER Animal Hospital.
I would like to Thank everyone there. Germany is there right now . Everyone went above and beyond the call. I came home and she could not walk. I called them and they reached out to us and helped make sure she is getting all the help they can give her. They truly care about the animals and their owners. Thank you all so very much .
Words cannot describe how I feel about ERAH. I have used 3 other vet hospitals before going to ERAH. I will have to say ERAH treats the pet AND the owner. By that, I mean they treat the pet's illness/injury and are tender, loving, comforting and compassionate to the pet. ERAH also understands that the owner is sometimes stressed that their pet is sick or in pain. ERAH is tender, loving, comforting and compassionate to the pet owner. My name is Margaret I took my little red in with kidney failure 2 months ago and east ridge animal hospital was real good to her and my husband and I.even though little red was so sick they couldn't save her.They tried and work out the money part and that means more to me then ever my baby was more to them then the money God bless the vet that work on her and their employees. THANKS EAST RIDGE ANIMAL CLINIC.
