Awesome Animal Hospital ! My husband & I started using E. Ridge Animal Hospital in 1999, because the facility was close to us. In the year 2000, we moved > 30 mins away, but still come here to this day ! I have lived all over the country & utilized vets in major cities around the US & can honestly say that their knowledge, experience & mostly: compassion is to be commended. Excellent Drs. Rob and Karen Knarr operate an excellent facility. They have always treated my pets with care and compassion and truly understand the people-pet connection. I have taken my animals to the East Ridge Animal hospital for 14 years and have always been pleased with their expert care and courtesy!
all about $$$ This hospital has the most turnover of employees that I have ever seen and that really bothers me. There was finally someone at their front desk who knew what she was doing and was very helpful and they lost her. If anyone knows what vet the dark haired girl with glasses went please let me know. She made a huge difference. Plus the drs only seem concerned with money. Exceptional service, staff that goes above and beyond. I started using East Ridge Animal Hospital because they took exotics, as well as cats and dogs, and wanted one that would take all three. They are the ONLY vet in Chattanooga that will take Hedgehogs. Dr. Knarr has been exceptionally fantastic with my animals. He has even let me call him on his personal cell phone when my dog got vaccinations and then was throwing up badly. I could not speak more highly of this man.
