They go out of their way to help, great service. I started using East Ridge Animal Hospital because they took exotics, as well as cats and dogs, and wanted one that would take all three. They are the ONLY vet in Chattanooga that will take Hedgehogs.
Dr. Knarr saved my cat's life! Last summer while on vacation, my cat swallowed a shoe string. An alert friend took her in the the emergency hosp. to stabilize her and then to Dr. Knarr who performed surgery to remove the shoe string. Without the doctors there, we would have been burying our cat. The staff is very helpful and caring. You can park at the front door. They have Saturday hours as well as the regular work week hours.
