I did not feel treated as a valuable customer. I was referred to this company by a contractor doing work in my house, so I reached out to East Region Electric for some work on my property. I left a voicemail and Jake got back to me a day or so later, which was great. I told him about some work I needed to do regarding my thermostat and other electrical household needs. Jake and his team are absolutely fantastic. Prompt and clear communication, competitive pricing, excellent quality of work and very courteous, professional and tidy staff. The crew did several jobs for me and each time the work has been excellent. Highly recommended.
Jake and his team are amazing! We had them install pot lights throughout our dining room and living room and they are amazing. At the same time, we had them install a Generlink, which we didn’t get to use until tonight, and weren’t even sure it would work since you can’t exactly “test” it. By far the best investment ever.
