RUN do not walk away from this clinic. Rude, unprofessional staff. The "doctor" approached me in a dirty short-sleeved shirt & jeans. He took me straight to his office to discuss his personal "review" of my Epic chart information. Berated me, belittled me & that of my PCPs referral to OHSU for testing, calling them a "teaching school only who misdiagnosed you". No exam. I have been seen by a Dr. here and I have never had any issues, I have always been treated respectfully and my medical concerns treated accordingly. There are appropriate procedures to follow when dissatisfied with a Dr. as patient we can always choose to see another Doctor or seek a second opinion or place a formal complaint shall there be sufficient evidences and grounds to support our claims, so I find it very disrespectful to be posting such a poorly worded comments about doctors here when such complaints should be direc... read more
Receptionist Kat is unbelievable, not only is she rude but she has spent 3 months calling and threatening me to change my secondary insurance or she would cancel my appt. which she went ahead an did despite the fact that they take my primary insurance. Not seeing Dr. Kaur again is fine, she was nice and took time to explain the testing despite being 30+ minutes late starting my appt.
