I lived in the townhomes and it was an amazing experience from the neighborhood to the leasing office staff everything was up to par and I felt like a well taken care of resident.

Lived in various buildings for the last 4 years. Worst buildings are those that front on Ogden. Very busy intersection at Ogden and Van Buren with plenty of noise, especially on weekends. If you enjoy the smell of marijauna in the morning then that will be an attraction as the hallways reek of it. On the positive side, the landlord decided the carpet was finally worn out after we moved so they charged us for the entire cost of new carpeting.
