We have been renting for 15 years (Milwaukee & Dallas). This is by far one of the best apartment management companies we have rented from (been here 4+ months now). From move in inspection & maintenance requests to general maintaining. They really care about the property and the management is great at informing you of things. They hire specific professionals for specialized jobs and the maintenance is quick and friendly. The management even trys to do some fun things too! EastPointe is a wonderful place to live. A real sense of community and a great staff. I couldn't be happier with Tom Perrich and his maintenance crew, always quick to respond to my requests with issues for my house. I highly recommend!

On 10/5/25, my wife and I applied for a unit at East Pointe Commons. My wife completed her part of the application at 11:08am on 10/6. Before this, I got a call from the property urging us to complete the application because someone else was trying to apply. On 10/6 at 12:02pm, I got an email saying our application was approved. I called on 10/7 asking for next steps, because we would need to review the timing as we would need to break our current lease.
