If I could live here forever I would!!! I’ve lived in so many different apartments in various states, and this is by far my favorite place. EPC’s location is fantastic as you’re close enough to the fun spots downtown from Brady street to third ward, but it has a residential feel. Management is absolutely amazing and so easy to work with. We have been renting for 15 years (Milwaukee & Dallas). This is by far one of the best apartment management companies we have rented from (been here 4+ months now). From move in inspection & maintenance requests to general maintaining. They really care about the property and the management is great at informing you of things. EastPointe is a wonderful place to live. A real sense of community and a great staff. I couldn't be happier with Tom Perrich and his maintenance crew, always quick to respond to my requests with issues for my house. I highly recommend!
