Terrible company. They don't care about you just your money.
The Denizen corp has made it extremely **** those who are disabled or suffer from mental illness. They are rude and uncaring as to what they are doing. Their most recent drastic changes had landed me in a hospital ER suffering a major anxiety attack after I spoke to their worker ****. She was unsympathetic to my issues which I made known. Refusing to even acknowledge my mental health problems. A company like this has zero regard to their ***********.
Does not answer their phone during business hours, nor get back to messages. Says their applications are on their website which is a lie, as there are only updates (which consists of two posts spanning 2 years apart), a dismal set of pictures that do not show any accurate floorplans or perspectives of the property, and then reviews from years ago. It's been a wild goose chase to try to get in touch with them for a tour, to apply it's not worth it to deal with the perceived rudeness and dismissal their staff seem to have.
Let me start by saying if I could give this place zero stars I would. I strongly advise anyone to live here. I have a town house here at the pines at Q plaza. The only word to describe it is TRASH. I have had bugs sense day one the entire strip is filled with them. Unless you’re Mexican the office refuses to help you. The company is terrible and runs on a extremely capitalist system. They care only for the money you feed them and nothing about the issues at hand. They are poor to handle issues with maintenance and will never work with you to resolve common issues. Don't be late with a payment because they will immediately issue you a eviction notice. Look down at your doorstep because they don't even have the common courtesy to hand you it or follow applicable state laws in regard to how it should be done. I would never recommend this place to anyone. ******** **** is a mess. the apartment gm is also the maintenance guy because apparently the company wont hire another person. if you are expecting to get an answer to any phone calls dont bother. wont return your calls. will sit in the office and watch you call and not answer. I've sat in my car looking through the window when I call and watched him look at the phone ringing and not answer it. if I could give a negative rating I would.

The office is only open 3 days a week. I do not understand if she was outside the office why she did not just go in the office to speak to the Manager unless it was closed? He might have been doing paperwork for his maintenance requests if it was a day the office was closed. The manager will give the resident a call to answer the questions she has.
