I have rented here 3 years.. I am moving out if state so I downsized my unit in case in couldn't take everything. I received a call from Colleen asking if everything was ok they noticed on their twice a day walk thru of the entire facility that my little 5×5 unit was missing a lock and was empty! I bought boxes 📦 and found that I did not need them I called to ask if I could return them I was told by Beth I could as long as I had the original receipt and the boxes were in the condition they left in. I got to the store and Denise called her boss to find out if they could be returned. He said yes. But I would only get a written receipt 🧾 for my return.
